Henry has extensive experience across Australia in a wide variety of property sectors. Since joining Acumentis (formerly Taylor Byrne) in 2011 as an Assistant Valuer and achieving registration in 2014, Henry now holds the position of National Director – Specialised & Business Valuations and has developed specialist expertise in service station valuations, including both lessor’s and lessee’s interest and freehold going concerns.
Henry has delivered valuation and advisory services for major financial institutions, government authorities, the Family Law Court, and a diverse range of private and corporate clients as well as providing expert witness reports for litigation purposes. He has additionally provided market rental advice for a variety of institutional and multinational petroleum companies, demonstrating deep sector knowledge and strategic insight.
In addition, Henry brings experience in compensation assessments and property acquisitions for resource sector and government projects, including the Energex Loganlea to Jimboomba Transmission Line, Arrow Energy Surat Basin Pipeline Project, the Mary Valley Asset Valuation Project and Powerlink Borumba Pumped Hydro Project.
