A Chartered Valuer (MRICS, AAPI) with over 15 years' experience, Jack specialises in valuation and advisory across infrastructure projects, rural and agribusiness assets, and compulsory acquisition.
Jack has developed deep expertise across large-scale agricultural enterprises spanning multiple subsectors — including dryland and irrigated farming, feedlots, piggeries, horticulture, and processing facilities — alongside commercial, industrial, and residential valuation across regional Queensland, with a particular focus on compulsory acquisition and compensation in resource-driven markets.
Expanding his experience internationally, Jack advised domestic and institutional clients on shopping centres, out-of-town retail warehouses, and food store assets across the United Kingdom.
Returning to Australia, Jack applied his valuation expertise within an investment context, supporting commercial property transactions, due diligence, and asset management across a diversified portfolio.
Rejoining Acumentis in 2026 as Director – Projects, Infrastructure & Acquisition, Jack brings a rare combination of technical valuation depth and investment advisory experience.
