James joined Acumentis in 2009 (then Taylor Byrne) in the Lismore office, prior to relocating to Tamworth in 2015 to open an office and grow the business in the central northern areas of New South Wales.
James maintains a strong and widespread knowledge of the valuation industry and has extensive experience in various forms of complex commercial valuations within most asset classes, across New South Wales and Queensland. He specialises in service stations, childcare centres and neighbourhood shopping centres.
James has over 15 years’ experience under Just Terms or Compulsory Acquisition legislation acting under both state and commonwealth legislation, on behalf of various local councils, New South Wales Road and Maritime Services, valuation services (Valuer General Determination), Essential Energy, Transgrid and private clients.
