Joshua joined Acumentis in 2026 as a Director and Head of Acumentis’ Sydney Commercial team, providing valuation, consultancy and strategic property advisory services across metropolitan NSW.

Joshua has extensive experience across a broad range of property sectors, including industrial, office, retail, commercial development, land subdivision, build-to-rent, port, intermodal and infrastructure assets, delivering commercially focused advice to financial institutions, government agencies, property developers, corporate clients and private investors.

Joshua specialises in acquisition and disposal advice, mortgage security valuations, financial reporting, rental advice, development feasibility assessments and broader property consultancy services. He has successfully managed complex valuation and advisory assignments involving investment-grade assets, development projects and property portfolios, providing clients with objective and reliable advice to support investment, financing and strategic decision-making.
