Joshua Franklin - Residential Property Valuer, joined Acumentis Brisbane in April 2021 as a Certified Practising Valuer in the Residential team.
Beginning his career as an Assistant Valuer in 2016 and gaining certification in 2018, Josh has over five years’ experience in the valuation industry. His valuation knowledge spans across a variety of asset types, including office, industrial, retail, residential development and resumption projects.
Josh has undertaken valuations for the purposes of mortgage security, family law and financial reporting, in accordance with AASB accounting standards. Clients Josh has assisted include lenders, government bodies, universities and health departments across Australia.
