Marcia commenced her cadetship with Acumentis in Cairns (then Taylor Byrne) in 2003. In 2008, Marcia transferred to the Sunshine Coast office and was instrumental in building the residential arm of that branch.
From 2016 Marcia worked with CBRE and HTW as a Senior Valuer, returning to Acumentis in 2026. Marcia has undertaken valuations for mortgage security, acquisition, family law and estate matters.
