Marco Gritti is the National Director of ESG at Acumentis, leading the firm’s environmental, social and governance strategy and advisory services. With close to a decade of experience across Biotech, AgTech and Climate-Tech, Marco has built and scaled his own company and led the development of multiple profitable business units embedding ESG principles at their core. He brings a strong record of driving growth through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. 

At Acumentis, Marco is developing the organisation’s internal ESG framework and strategies to position the company as a leader in sustainability. Externally, he is heading Acumentis’ ESG advisory services, supporting clients with carbon accounting, climate risk disclosure, and sustainability reporting aligned with mandatory disclosure standards. Working closely with existing business lines across different organisations, Marco focuses on integrating ESG performance with business value to create a long-term impact for clients and their communities.
