Matthew is an experienced senior finance executive with over 25 years’ experience in the technology and media sectors, including significant experience within ASX listed and privately owned companies. He has held multiple C suite leadership roles and brings strong strategic and operational capability across high growth and transformation environments.

Matthew has extensive expertise in financial leadership, corporate strategy, financial reporting, business and financial planning, risk management, investor relations, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in more than 25 completed transactions, including M&A, IPOs and capital raisings, and is regarded as a trusted advisor to boards, chief executives and executive leadership teams.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and brings deep financial governance capability and capital markets experience to Acumentis Group as the Company continues to execute on its strategic objectives.
