Mike is a founding staff member of the Acumentis residential business established in 2004. Mike is the Group Executive Director of Residential Operations, overseeing and managing the residential team, client and stakeholder relationships and ensuring business systems and processes allow team members to deliver professional expertise.
A Certified Practicing Valuer, Mike has over 30 years’ property valuation experience, in residential property in the Brisbane and Greater Brisbane regions. He specialises in the prestige residential market including the high end value properties through the inner north of Brisbane.
Mike’s professional diversity encompasses mortgage security valuations, market valuations, family law valuations, retrospective valuations, taxation valuations, and bulk government valuations.
Mike has presented at numerous API and RISC’s conferences including the Queensland state conference providing property market insights. He is also a member of the residential valuers industry group and the API’s national residential valuers standards sub committee.
