Natalie joined Acumentis Gold Coast in 2024, bringing 16 years of experience in property valuation and property development management. Specialising in commercial valuations, Natalie’s expertise encompasses strata and freestanding industrial, retail, restaurant, wharf lease, fund assets, childcare, service stations, and boarding houses. Additionally, she undertakes development valuations, including GR analysis, PRSV, and feasibility analysis for both greenfield and brownfield developments across residential and commercial sectors. Her project experience includes land subdivisions, townhouses, specialised retail (bulky goods), industrial parks/warehouses, and specialised properties such as retirement facilities.

Priding herself on delivering the highest level of customer service, Natalie supports financial institutions as well as private and corporate clients with valuations and property advisory services for mortgage security, taxation and financial reporting.
