Nathan is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Hegney Property Valuations) in 1993.  As National Director of Advisory, State Government & Projects and State Director - Western Australia he oversees all Acumentis operations for Western Australia and is responsible at a national level for the ongoing growth of the company’s specialist Advisory division.  He is a key driver of diversification and refining services such as buyers agency, tax depreciation, insurance valuations and more recently property drug-screen inspections, continuing to build the client base of Acumentis. 

Nathan originally commenced with the company to establish the Commercial valuation division within Western Australia, which resulted in him becoming a commercial property specialist.  Nathan has held the roles of Managing Director and State CEO.  These roles saw Nathan lead the development of the company’s IT solutions, streamlining all operational processes and managing and mentoring staff at all levels. 

Over a period of years, and with an intimate understanding of the business, Nathan played a lead role in consolidating a series of company mergers to ensure a strong national presence as a leading property valuation and advisory service provider.  Nathan is a passionate leader focussed on risk management, strategic business planning, service diversification and maximising future company growth opportunities.
