Pat joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2002, opening the Central Queensland office in Emerald and is now Regional Director managing Acumentis Mackay. Prior to that, Pat had worked for the Department of Valuer General and the Department of Natural Resources and Mines.
Experience has been gained in the valuation of a wide range of rural properties for mortgage security, acquisition and litigation including family law and the valuation of substantial portfolio valuations for pastoral companies such as Stanbroke and NAPCO. A wide range of grazing and dryland farming, irrigation, and horticultural properties across Central and Central Western Queensland. Allocations across the Fitzroy Basin since the inception of the Fitzroy Basin Water Resources Plan and Resource Operations Plan.
Pat is currently on the panel for rural valuations with all major banks as well as undertaking significant valuations for BHP, Rio Tinto, Xstrata, Anglo Coal, Vale, McCarthur Coal, Caledon Resources, AMCI, Jellinbah Resources and other coal mining companies.
Pat has also undertaken valuations of other specialist properties including quarries and going concern commercial businesses and standard commercial properties.
