Rob has in excess of 30 years of professional property experience providing valuation and consultancy advice across a broad range of property types. His experience includes commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties with expertise in specialised commercial properties such as licensed hotels, motels, resorts, caravan parks, manufactured home parks, rent rolls, childcare centres, leisure and other hospitality. In addition, he holds expertise in residential development sites and projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Robert has acted on behalf of major banks and financiers, receivers and managers, institutional and private property owners and developers and a number of government instrumentalities. Robert has previously held Director level positions with Opteon, Taylor Byrne, Colliers International, LandMark White and m3property.
