Rod is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Hegney Property Valuations) in 1993.
Rod has gained vast experience as a valuer during this time and undertaken valuation work for a diverse range of real estate property, rent roll and going concern businesses. His specialisation focusses on rent rolls, prestige residential, rural valuations and commercial specialist property such as medical. Rod spent 10 years managing the company’s South West office and during this time he undertook university studies in Bachelor of Viticulture and completed specialist valuation work of wineries throughout WA’s South West region.
In addition to Rod’s valuation role with Acumentis, he is Director of Acumentis Advisory (WA) whereby he is a buyer’s advocate of investment properties on behalf of clients, and negotiates commercial leases.
He is involved in major consultancy projects for large institutions and government departments.
