Shane Poole commenced his valuation career in 2006 and holds over 15 years of experience in the property valuation industry in the Bundaberg, North Burnett, Gladstone, Fraser Coast and Gympie Regional Council areas. He has developed expertise across a variety of areas, including valuation of commercial, industrial, residential, rural and agribusiness properties.
He has undertaken valuations for the purposes of mortgage security, family law, taxation, asset valuations, litigation, resumption, compensation and rental assessments (both commercial and residential).
Shane Poole has a strong family background in farming and commercial industries and valuation specialty across these properties types. His commercial specialisations include commercial and industrial properties i.e office and retail buildings, car yards, suburban shopping centres, industrial complexes and going concern properties.
In addition, Shane is experienced in the valuation of rural and agribusiness properties including grazing, sugar cane, cropping, macadamias, avocados, citrus and carbon farming.
Shane has also undertaken easement and compensation assessments for sewerage, drainage, road and rail projects.
