Tasso is a longstanding team member joining Acumentis (then LMW) in 2003. He is a highly experienced Senior Property Valuer in the Sydney residential team and has worked in the industry since 2000.
Throughout his 18 years in property valuation, Tasso has obtained a diversified set of skills in all aspects of residential property valuation, specialising in mortgage security, unit entitlements, prestige residential, capital gains/stamp duty, property consultancy and family court valuations.
Tasso’s specialisation in prestige property sees him listed on the prestige panel of valuers with major lending institutions. His area of focus is the Eastern Suburbs,
Sutherland Shire, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and Sydney’s Inner West. Tasso undertakes valuations throughout Sydney metropolitan areas, ACT and the NSW north coast.
In addition, he undertakes government valuations for DHA (Defence Housing Authority) and DHS (Department of Human Services) Tasso is committed to professional development and as a senior experienced valuer he provides training and mentoring to his peers.
