Bringing a decade of expertise in business valuation, Usha joins Acumentis as a Business Valuer in 2024 through the acquisition of Gil Wright & Associates Business Valuations (GWA). 

Usha joined GWA in 2007 as a business valuer with a background in internal and external audit roles providing valuable experience and insights into financial and risk/control factors affecting businesses. Over the years, she has meticulously valued businesses across diverse industries such as food, manufacturing, service, franchise, and real estate. Usha's commitment to excellence is evident in her strong client relationships, with a notable concentration in the supermarket and news agency sectors, boasting several repeat clients. 

In addition to varied industry experience, Usha has valued businesses utilising a range of valuation methodologies, including capitalisation of EBIT/EBITDA, discounted cash flow and capitalisation of super profits, as well as comparisons to market ‘rule of thumb’.
