Dale joins the Acumentis Cairns team with over 21 years of experience in property valuation. He began his valuation career as a cadet in 1999 based in Townsville and has since worked throughout South East Queensland and Far North Queensland.
Specialising in residential property, Dale has extensive experience valuing prestige residential, rural, and rural lifestyle properties, and apartments.
Dale is experienced in undertaking valuations for family law matters, superannuation reporting, mortgage security, and providing pre-sale and purchase advice.
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the local Far North Queensland market, having lived in the area permanently since 2007.
